Ready to take real ownership of a multi-site operation?
We’re working with a well-established, growing food business that is looking for several strong Operations Managers to join the team.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of busy, high-volume sites, working closely with your General Managers to drive performance across people, customers, sales and profit.
This is a role for someone who gets results through their people. You’ll be expected to build strong teams, develop your GMs and have the commercial understanding to know what is driving performance across your area.
The business is investing heavily, opening new sites and evolving how it operates. This is a great opportunity to be part of that growth and make a genuine impact on the ground.
What you'll be doing
- Coach, develop and challenge your General Managers, helping them grow commercially and build strong teams.
- Take ownership of your area P&L, managing costs, forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Use data and performance insight to understand what is happening across your sites and put clear action plans in place.
- Drive improvements in customer experience, service, speed and quality.
- Maintain high standards across compliance, health & safety and food safety.
- Drive sales across all channels, including delivery and digital.
- Support new site openings, refurbishments and wider business initiatives.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and develop your teams for future growth.

What we're looking for
You’ll ideally have experience leading multiple sites within:
- Hospitality
- Food service
- Grocery retail
- Non-food retail
We’re particularly interested in people who have managed fast-paced, high-volume and people-heavy operations and can demonstrate a strong track record of commercial performance.
You’ll need:
- Proven multi-site leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
- A track record of improving performance and delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
- A genuine coaching and development approach.
- Confident communication and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process.
- A home base within approximately an hour of one of the locations above.
