Operations Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a major visitor attraction in the Caribbean. This senior role oversees daily operations across guest experiences, retail, food and beverage, and outdoor attraction activities, ensuring world-class standards, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational strategy, performance, and growth opportunities across a leading tourism attraction environment.
  • Manage budgets ($3–5M+ p.a.), financial reporting, and revenue optimization.
  • Lead, train, and develop operational teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and inclusivity standards for guests and staff.
  • Enhance guest experiences and resolve issues professionally while maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community stakeholders to promote offerings and events.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and external partners to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, tourism, or related field.
  • 3+ years senior management experience in tourist attractions, theme parks, zoos, or tourism operations etc.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience managing operational budgets of $3M+ annually.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and guest booking systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
