An established engineering consultancy based in Gorseinon, Swansea is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days per week from our office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager who enjoys a varied role and can confidently manage day-to-day operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Health and Safety compliance and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Overseeing ISO compliance and supporting quality management systems.
- Bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Maintaining and updating SharePoint.
- Creating and updating social media content.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and business operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensure compliance across the organisation.

About You
The ideal Operations Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar operational or office management role.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and ISO management systems.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience managing business social media platforms.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and use their own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a professional approach.
