OPERATIONS MANAGER - INFLUENCER TALENT AGENCY
GLOUCESTERSHIRE - HYBRID
UP TO £80,000 DOE P/A
Are you a proven Operations Manager in the area looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in an Influencer Talent Agency?
Our client is a new Influencer Talent Agency based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
- Manage day-to-day operations and improve internal processes.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding through completion.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, contracts, and payments.
- Maintain project management systems, talent databases, and documentation.
- Support Talent Managers with creator onboarding and campaign logistics.
- Facilitate communication between creators, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and agency standards are met.

Experience and skills:
- 3+ years of operations or project management experience, preferably in influencer marketing, talent management, or a digital agency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator management.
- Knowledge of campaign operations, contracts, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and performance reporting.
