Operations Manager | High-Growth Food & Drink Brand | London

The Client

We're partnering with an exciting, high-growth food & drink brand that's continuing to build momentum across both retail and direct-to-consumer channels. With ambitious growth plans and increasing demand, the business is investing further in its Operations function to support the next stage of its journey.

As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an Operations Manager who can help strengthen operational processes, improve visibility across the supply chain and ensure the business has the right systems and processes in place to support continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial business where you'll have genuine ownership, work cross-functionally with teams across the organisation and play a key role in developing the company's operational capability.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you'll take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day operational and supply chain activities, while helping to shape and improve processes as the company continues to grow.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and external partners to improve planning, inventory management and operational visibility, ensuring the business can continue to scale effectively while maintaining excellent service levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on operational management and cross-functional collaboration, and who is excited by the prospect of improving processes within a fast-growing food & drink business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of key day-to-day operational and supply chain processes, ensuring the smooth flow of products through the business.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to understand customer demand, promotional activity, seasonal trends and new product launches.
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory planning, helping the business maintain appropriate stock levels and strong customer service.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement and external manufacturing/logistics partners to ensure operational requirements are effectively planned and delivered.
  • Develop reporting and tools that provide greater visibility across stock, demand, service levels and wider operational performance.
  • Identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and proactively develop solutions.
  • Support relationships with key third-party suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers and other operational partners.
  • Help develop and improve systems, processes and ways of working as the business continues to scale.
  • Analyse operational performance and provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support wider Operations and Supply Chain improvement initiatives across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
