We’ve shipped over 500,000 products, we have been on a rocketship trajectory and are hugely ambitious, with recent launches in the US and Australia. About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can help scale our operations function. You’ll run point across our supply chain, managing freight, warehouses, and delivery. You’ll also help coordinate the launch of new markets and keep our cross-functional critical path on track.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves figuring out how to make things better. You’ll be at the intersection of supply chain, ops, product, and commercial. A fixer and a systems builder. We want someone who will automate the business with low-code tools and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own our supply chain operations. Manage inbound freight, 3PL relationships, and our returns infrastructure. Ensure smooth movement of product from supplier to warehouse to customer.
- Drive continuous improvement. Find and fix inefficiencies. Tighten lead times, reduce cost, improve service. And build the automated systems that let us scale without adding headcount.
- Operationalise new market launches. Partner with marketing and product leads to roll out international markets.
- Support business-wide projects. Be the glue across the business. Picking up ad hoc projects that need smart thinking and reliable execution. Our internal ‘fixer’.
- Build the operating system. Support the Biz Ops & Transformation Lead on our automation and tooling layer across ops and CS. Find the manual work, design low-code and AI workflows to remove it.
- Improve customer experience. Work closely with our customer service team to define workflows and surprise and delight our customers with fast and effective issue resolution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Four reasons this role is exceptional
- You’ll be at the centre of the business. From freight and fulfillment to launches and data analysis, you’ll touch every part of what makes Rise & Fall work.
- You’ll have an outsized impact. We’re still small, under 40 people, but growing fast. You’ll get autonomy, trust and ownership from day one.
- You’ll work with products you will love. A chance to apply your skills to help sell a wide range of exceptionally high quality products that make life better for our customers. We stand behind our products 100% and love being able to make true luxury quality more accessible to a wide range of people, both here and abroad.
- You’ll build, not just run. We back our ops team to automate the business with modern tooling: low-code platforms, AI agents and the data stack behind them. You’ll have the mandate, budget and freedom to try things, and what you ship will be used every day.
