Lead Facilities Management on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a strong Hard FM background? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee service delivery on one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects.

The Role
As The Operations Manager, You'll
- Lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across a major infrastructure contract.
- Drive operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and Trade Unions.
- Lead a large operational team, providing clear direction and coaching.
- Support contract growth, mobilisation of new facilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, commercial performance, and NEC contract requirements.
- Deputise for the Account Director when required.

To be successful in the role of Operations Manager, you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing Hard FM operations on large, complex contracts.
- A technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.
- Strong commercial experience, including NEC contracts and budget management.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience within large infrastructure, construction, or other critical environments is desirable.
