An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join an expanding hospitality group combining elevated food and drink with a distinctive leisure experience.
We’re looking for a hands-on multi-site operator who understands how to deliver a brilliant guest experience while building strong teams and driving commercial performance. A background in premium restaurants, bars, or quality F&B-led leisure concepts would be a great fit.
THE ROLE
You will take responsibility for a portfolio of London venues, working closely with General Managers to improve standards, consistency, and profitability. This is a visible, site-based role with real scope to influence the business. You’ll support and challenge your teams, identify opportunities to grow sales, and ensure each venue delivers an experience guests want to return for.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
