We are looking for a confident, accountable and solutions-focused Operations Manager to provide senior operational leadership across the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract. This is a pivotal role for someone who can maintain business-as-usual delivery while strengthening performance, compliance, governance and continuous improvement across a complex, high-profile service.
You will lead day-to-day operations with clarity and pace, ensuring services remain safe, effective and responsive. You will oversee delivery against key performance indicators, support timely and accurate reporting, and use data and management information to identify trends, validate performance, inform practice and drive evidence-based decision-making.

This role requires a strong people manager who can empower subject experts, hold teams to account, support managers through change and embed robust processes that enable consistent delivery. You will bring discipline to operational oversight, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately, risks are managed proactively and validation processes provide assurance that reporting, invoicing and service performance are accurate, reliable and contractually compliant.
