Role Overview

As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Field Managers, Project Managers, Testers including EH&S. Manage above teams in efficient and safe resource allocation, Mod Execution and deliver Customer Experience.
Daily responsibilities:
- Engage, coach and mentor the team of managers. Connecting with them to ensure that KPI's are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field.
- Mentor field managers managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers.
- Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.
- Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue generation.

What you will need to be successful
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record of delivering operational results.
- Experience of operating with the ability to deliver quantifiable results.
- Good management experience, especially with managing field based managers.
- Savvy adopter of technology and experienced user of MS Office and app/cloud-based tools
- P&L understanding
