About The Venues And Company
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong multi-site hospitality background to oversee a business across North Devon. The successful candidate will manage five venues, including food-led pubs, bars, and a restaurant. Experience managing food, drinks, and restaurant operations across multiple sites is essential. The Operations Manager role will involve working closely with the Director, offering an excellent opportunity to make an impact across the portfolio.

Operations Manager
You will be overseeing and working alongside the venue managers and operations teams, reporting directly to the owners and Directors. Full P and L and operational accountability reporting to the Directors.
You will be responsible for:
- Operational standards
- Maintenance
- HR
- Training
- Individual site management
- Customer feedback
- Financial performance

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in your application, you will have been an Operations Manager/Multi-Site Manager for more than 3 years, with experience running more than one site in your career. Strong food, drinks, and pub/restaurant experience across multiple sites is essential.
