Operations Manager

Leeds

Salary - circa £40,000 Per Annum
Schedule - Monday - Friday | Full-Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious business at a pivotal stage of its journey. With significant growth plans already in motion and ambitions to triple its headcount by the end of 2026, we're looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager to help build the foundations for long-term success.

Reporting directly into the Senior Leadership team, you'll play a key role in improving operational processes, supporting business growth and ensuring the day-to-day operation runs efficiently as the company continues to scale.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple areas of the business, driving efficiencies, implementing processes and supporting the wider team as the organisation grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
