The Opportunity
Ovrsite turns building capture into reviewed intelligence that helps property teams make better decisions. You will connect the people, sites, equipment and evidence needed to deliver that work consistently as we grow.
The Work - What You Will Do
- Plan and coordinate inspection programmes across multiple client sites, from initial scope through capture, review, and handover.
- Own scheduling, capacity, supplier coordination, equipment readiness, and the practical dependencies that determine whether a mission can proceed.
- Make sure site access, client requirements, risk assessments, flight permissions, and operational records are in place before work starts.
- Keep clients and internal teams informed when conditions change; resolve blockers and reset plans clearly.
- Track delivery quality, turnaround, cost, and recurring issues, then improve the processes and tools behind them.
- Maintain a clear handoff from field capture into evidence processing and human review. Escalate gaps rather than treating incomplete data as a finished deliverable.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of field and operations colleagues as the team expands.

What You Bring - Essential Experience
- Proven responsibility for delivering multi-site field operations, technical services, inspections, or a comparable programme.
- Strong planning and prioritisation, with a record of managing parallel jobs and changing site conditions.
- Confident client communication and the ability to make decisions and escalate risk promptly.
- Practical experience with documented safety processes, quality checks, and operational records.
- Comfort using scheduling, reporting, and workflow systems to make delivery visible and repeatable.
- Ability to travel to UK client sites when the work requires it.

Useful Extras - Helpful Experience
- Experience in UAV operations, property, construction, facilities management, or building inspection.
- Experience improving a growing team’s processes, supplier performance, or delivery economics.
- Familiarity with image capture, evidence handling, or technical report workflows.

You will create a dependable path from booking to reviewed delivery: each site has a workable plan, issues are visible early, and clients know what to expect.
Full-time role. UK client site travel is part of the work. The usual work base, salary, and other terms will be discussed during recruitment. We welcome applications from people whose experience meets the essentials even if they do not have every helpful extra.
