Salary circa £55,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, plus 34 days leave, rising to 39, and 2 paid volunteering days each year.

What you’ll do
- Lead housing and supported managers to deliver high quality, customer-centred services.
- Drive service improvement using data, insight, and strong operational grip.

You have
- Level 4 Certificate in Housing or willing to achieve upon joining us within an agreed timeframe, supported by the organisation and strong experience managing housing, supported living, or customer services.
- You have led and developed managers and teams through change and challenge.
- You have confidence managing complex budgets and performance targets.
- You have solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- You have excellent communication skills and build relationships with ease. We are looking for an experienced housing professional who has the customer at the heart of what we do, is organised and loves working with different teams to resolve complex situations.

The practical bits
- You will manage a portfolio of rented and home ownership properties across North and West London.
- The role will involve regular travel across your portfolio, as well as visits to other regional offices as required.
- You will be expected to live within the region and spend at least three days a week working in the community.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay)
- You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
