Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving the performance and strategic development of the Ownership business across a regional network of Porsche Centres, ensuring business plans are effectively implemented and customer satisfaction remains a key focus. Acting as a trusted business consultant, the role supports and challenges Centre leadership to achieve sales objectives, improve operational performance, and maintain compliance with Porsche standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, influence, and develop Ownership Departments across the region through coaching, performance management, and business support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, assessing Centre performance against agreed objectives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance and achieve long-term growth.
  • Develop and oversee annual Ownership business plans, including sales, financial, and training objectives.
  • Set and agree Ownership sales targets, using market analysis, KPI performance, and Centre visit insights.
  • Drive commercial growth through market potential analysis, business development activities, and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report Centre performance data, producing visit reports and business updates as required.
  • Communicate and implement Porsche Cars Great Britain Ownership strategies, policies, and product initiatives across Centres.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider Ownership team and act as a key user of Ownership systems.
  • Ensure Centres comply with Ownership standards, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support operational excellence by partnering with Porsche Business Excellence and promoting best practice processes.
  • Contribute to recruitment, talent development, and training initiatives to strengthen Centre team capability and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience within the Automotive Industry, with a strong knowledge of Aftersales.
  • Solid commercial experience in dealership, regional management, or business development management.
  • Leadership or people management experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with PAG Germany or other national Porsche/VW Group subsidiaries.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or an MBA.
