Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000 basic
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
We're working on an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a high-end private property environment, supporting the day-to-day management and operations of a portfolio of prime residential and commercial properties across London.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, suppliers and projects while working closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their wider teams.
The Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of prime residential and commercial properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, inspections and preventative maintenance
- Manage contractors and suppliers, including quotes, contracts, schedules and negotiations
- Liaise with tenants, property managers, estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for UHNW individuals, handling requests with discretion and professionalism
- Conduct property visits and inspections, ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Manage procurement, invoices, budgets, payment tracking and supplier relationships
- Research and source products, services and specialist suppliers
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams, keeping deadlines and actions on track
- Maintain accurate property records, supplier databases, trackers and operational documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations and documents for senior stakeholders
- Provide wider operational support to the property management team, including occasional international travel

- Previous experience within prime/high-end residential property, private estates, facilities or operations management
- Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and contractor management
- Experience working with high-net-worth/private clients
- Confident managing contractors, budgets, quotes and service agreements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently
- Professional, discreet and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
