Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be part of the Client Account Management team responsible for delivering a premium MSP recruitment service to stakeholders across one of the most prominent cosmetics companies. The key focus of this role is to forge strong relationships, develop best practice recruitment processes and a collaborative high performing team culture while leading day to day recruitment activities.
The role requires one day a week on site in the London office.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a Delivery Team across multiple geographies, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
- Oversee the sourcing and recruitment of the contingent workforce within client companies.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to improve the recruitment process.
- Monitor P&L and manage budgets responsibly, including forecasting and expense management.
- Manage client relationships, conduct service reviews (QBRs), and address escalations promptly.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure account performance exceeds KPIs and SLAs, with accurate reporting and analysis.

What you will bring:
- Experience in the recruitment industry, particularly with contingent workforce management / MSP.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Experience using vendor management or application tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies and business plans.
- Team leadership skills are essential.
