Operations Associate

I am recruiting an Operations Associate to join a growing London-based property business, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of mainly residential and commercial properties.

This is a genuinely varied role with plenty of autonomy. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working across property and facilities management, contractor coordination, tenant liaison, procurement, and wider business operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating day-to-day property and facilities management across a mainly residential and commercial property portfolio
  • Managing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and planned preventative maintenance programmes
  • Responding to tenant queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Managing contractor and supplier relationships, procurement, and service contracts
  • Attending site inspections, monitoring works, and following up on outstanding actions
  • Maintaining accurate records, including maintenance schedules, invoices, and payment tracking
  • Researching suppliers and presenting recommendations to support business decisions
  • Building and maintaining operational trackers, manuals, and supplier databases
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and operational documentation
  • Providing occasional support to the international team, including potential international travel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
