Operations Manager (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Operations Manager to support day-to-day business operations, process coordination and team efficiency in a fully remote UK-based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills who wants to develop within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of day-to-day operational activities.
- Help improve internal processes and working practices.
- Monitor workflows, priorities and operational performance.
- Coordinate with different teams to support smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
- Assist with planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
- Identify operational issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Support performance tracking and process improvement initiatives.
- Help ensure tasks and operational priorities are completed on time.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the business.

Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working with reports, documentation and operational information.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Confident using email, online collaboration tools and standard office software.
- Previous operations, administration or coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
