Referment is working with a financial compliance technology company that captures, validates and archives regulated communications data for large institutions. The business operates across international markets and supports services where availability, data integrity and audit readiness matter.
This role sits at the centre of service management and site reliability. You will coordinate operational delivery, strengthen the processes used to keep customer-facing technology dependable and work across technical and business teams when service issues need clear ownership and resolution.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day service operations and maintain clear standards for reliability, availability and support.
- Coordinate incident, problem and change-management activity, ensuring issues are investigated, communicated and followed through.
- Use service data, monitoring and operational reviews to identify recurring risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with engineering, support, customers and external partners to align priorities and maintain effective service delivery.
- Improve operational processes and documentation so that services can scale without compromising control or resilience.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing technology services in a production environment, with a strong grasp of IT service management and site-reliability principles.
- A practical understanding of incident response, root-cause analysis, change control and continual service improvement.
- The ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders and customers during both routine operations and live issues.
- Strong organisation, judgement and follow-through across several operational priorities.
- Experience in a regulated, compliance-focused or data-sensitive environment would be useful.
