PÄRLA is the dentist-designed, plastic-free oral care brand on a mission to make beautifully clean products that are better for people and the planet.

Founded in 2020 by three of the UK’s leading dentists, we’re entering an incredibly exciting stage of growth. Our products are now stocked in Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Holland & Barrett and Ocado, alongside our rapidly growing DTC business. We’ve recently launched our new toothpaste range, taken PÄRLA onto national television and have an ambitious pipeline of new products and retail opportunities ahead.

As a Certified B Corporation, using business as a force for good isn’t a box we tick, it’s at the heart of how we develop our products, choose our partners and build our team.

We’re now looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational backbone of PÄRLA and help build the systems we need for our next stage of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves making things happen. You’ll oversee our supply chain, inventory and forecasting, ensuring our products are manufactured efficiently and arrive in the right place at the right time. You’ll work closely with every part of the business and have a genuine voice in how we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own inventory planning and demand forecasting across our retail, DTC and wholesale channels.
  • Manage stock ordering from end to end, coordinating components, manufacturers, co-packers, fill sites and our 3PL.
  • Build strong relationships with our supply-chain partners, ensuring they deliver against our expectations for cost, quality and service.
  • Work closely with sales and retail partners to plan for new listings, promotions and periods of increased demand.
  • Partner with finance to manage stock value, product costs and working capital.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development to make sure launches and campaigns are supported by the right stock.
  • Improve our operational tools, systems and processes as we grow, moving us towards smarter and more automated planning.
  • Provide clear operational reporting to the wider team and leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
