Role: Operations & Logistics Manager | Fragrance
Location: London / Suffolk / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000
IMMEDIATE START
I’m working with a growing fragrance business looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to join the team.
This is a hands-on role covering the day-to-day flow of orders, stock, fulfilment and logistics, while also supporting the setup and ongoing running of a new warehouse operation in Suffolk.
You’ll need to be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and taking ownership.
You’ll be responsible for:
- UK & international order processing
- Stock, fulfilment, dispatch and deliveries
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse
- Working with couriers, freight partners, 3PLs and logistics providers
- Resolving stock, order and delivery issues
- Maintaining accurate stock and operational records
- Supporting forecasting, replenishment and stock planning
- Improving operational and fulfilment processes as the business grows
- Supporting international shipping and export requirements

We’re looking for someone with strong experience across operations, logistics, order management or fulfilment, ideally within beauty, fragrance, personal care, FMCG or another product-led consumer brand.
Working pattern:
- 3 days per week in London
- 1 day per week in Suffolk
- 1 day working from home
A full driving licence is required.
