Operations Manager – Multi-site Hospitality

Creative Hospitality Group · South Wales · Head office: Swansea Bay · Permanent · £55,000–£65,000 base, depending on experience

Creative Hospitality Group is looking for a hands-on multi-site Operations Manager to help our General Managers and venue teams deliver consistently.

This is a field-based leadership role for someone who wants to understand what is really happening in our venues. You will spend substantial time on site during evenings, weekends, and peak trading - not as permanent shift cover, but to observe, coach, challenge, and help managers solve the right problems.

Working directly with our founder, you will turn strategy into operational action. You will give General Managers clarity, support, and accountability; connect central support work with what needs to happen at site; and build routines, audits, and operating standards that make good performance repeatable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for

You may already be an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Cluster Manager. You may be an exceptional high-volume General Manager who can show leadership beyond one venue. Your title matters less than the evidence.

You need strong hospitality operating knowledge, sound people judgement, the confidence to support and challenge experienced General Managers, and the discipline to carry decisions through. Food, drink, entertainment, or late-night experience is valuable. EOS familiarity is welcome but not required.

Most of all, you should be curious, forward-thinking, and comfortable learning new products and systems. We are embracing technology to make the business work better while keeping leaders focused on people and guests.
