Operations Manager – South
FIELD-BASED. FAST-GROWING. COLLABORATIVE.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead operations across 6–7 sites, working closely with GMs to drive standards, performance and consistency across the estate.
- Build strong relationships with established GMs, earning trust, understanding each site and knowing when to challenge, support or step in.
- Own food development nationally, taking new menus and dishes from idea through to launch, coordinating kitchen teams, GMs, central team communications and timelines to make it happen properly.
- Turn data into action, building a clear view of food, drink and concessions performance and identifying opportunities to improve spend, cost of sales and margin.
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager – North, sharing insight, solving problems together and creating a consistent approach across the wider business.
- Bring structure and pace to implementation, helping turn new ideas, processes and initiatives into something that works operationally across the estate.
- Become a key part of the next stage, bringing fresh thinking, commercial awareness and strong operational leadership as the business continues to evolve.
- Get under the skin of the operation quickly, with two different site models to learn. The first 3–6 months will be fast-paced, varied and hands-on.
