We are pleased to be partnering with a unique, globally focused NGO as it grows its new UK base.

The organisation works across governance, policy and global security and is now seeking an Operations Manager to support the continued development of its London operation.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering operations, governance, compliance, information management and HR administration. It would suit an experienced operations professional with good people administration experience, or an HR professional looking to broaden into a wider operational role.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will help ensure the organisation runs smoothly, securely and compliantly as it grows from around 24 to 40 employees.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, governance, compliance, legal and insurance administration
  • Maintaining effective document control, management information and internal processes
  • Managing routine HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, employee records, leave and right-to-work checks
  • Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day people queries
  • Escalating more complex HR matters to the organisation's external HR adviser
  • Coordinating background checks and due diligence
  • Developing practical policies, systems and processes to support organisational growth
  • Identifying operational risks and supporting wider change initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
