Looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of DHL Supply Chain's flagship operations at Manton Wood during a significant period of transformation. As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in a major customer implementation, leading operational teams, embedding new ways of working, and driving performance throughout a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This 6-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to make a real impact, working closely with senior stakeholders, customers, and site teams to deliver a successful implementation while maintaining outstanding service standards. A Typical Day May Involve
- Leading warehouse operations through a significant customer implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from plan to execution.
- Driving operational performance across safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational lead throughout the project.
- Coaching and developing managers and supervisors, creating an engaged, high-performing team ready for future growth.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions that leave a lasting positive impact on the operation.
