We’re hiring: Operations Manager – Contact Centre & Commercial
St Albans, Hertfordshire | Office Based
£44,000–£50,000 DOE | Full-time, Permanent
Are you the person who makes things happen?
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join HEP UK and play a key role in turning ideas, campaigns, and commercial initiatives into successful operational delivery.
You’ll bring structure, pace, and accountability — coordinating people, processes, systems, data, and timelines to make sure initiatives launch smoothly and deliver measurable results.
