Operations Manager

Neon Search is exclusively partnered with a growing, high-touch service business to appoint an Operations Manager into a pivotal role at the heart of its day-to-day operations.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves bringing structure, clarity and accountability to a fast-moving environment.

Sitting across the business, you’ll have visibility of the full operational journey — from client orders and purchasing through to invoicing, payments, logistics, delivery and returns — while ensuring the financial and administrative detail behind it all is accurate, organised and moving forward.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and wider team, becoming the person who knows:

• What’s happening?
• Where is it up to?
• What needs attention?
• Who owns the next action?
• And what needs to happen next?

The role will include:

• Managing client invoicing, payments, reconciliations and financial administration
• Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate records through Xero
• Overseeing orders from confirmation through to final delivery
• Coordinating domestic and international shipping, customs and returns
• Working closely with suppliers, partners and logistics providers
• Maintaining visibility across active orders, payments, returns and operational priorities
• Identifying delays, gaps and inefficiencies before they become bigger issues
• Improving processes, workflows and accountability as the business grows
• Acting as a central point of coordination across the wider team
