Your Mission
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client trips, ensuring all travel arrangements are accurately coordinated and executed to the highest standards. This role focuses exclusively on trip operations and client travel experiences, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless journeys from confirmation through to completion. This role owns the operation integrity of every client trip, ensuring travel arrangements are accurately managed, risks are mitigated, and experiences are delivered efficiently and consistently.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational delivery of all confirmed client trips
- Manage trip logistics, bookings, confirmations, and documentation
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, guides, transport providers, and other travel partners
- Ensure all travel partners are aligned and coordinated to deliver a seamless client experience
- Ensure all trip components are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations
- Monitor active trips and resolve operational issues, disruptions, or last-minute changes
- Conduct quality checks on itineraries and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate trip records and operational systems
- Manage supplier communications and operational escalations
- Track trip milestones and ensure all pre-departure requirements are completed
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures where required
- Support emergency response and incident management during client travel
- Drive continuous improvements to operational processes and service delivery
- Produce operational reporting and track key performance metrics
- Manage, support, and develop team members
