Operations Manager
Full-Time, Hybrid - North London
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Are you a systems-driven operations professional who loves optimizing workflows, managing international logistics, and building scalable foundations for growth?
We are a fast-growing, design-led home technology brand creating premium cleaning and air care solutions. At the heart of the company is a philosophy to create home appliances that are functional, beautifully designed, and a pleasure to use.
Operating a thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) model alongside strategic UK and EU retail partnerships, we are building a platform engineered for easier living and long-term scaling.
We are looking for an analytical, proactive Operations Manager to take full ownership of our global supply chain, logistics network, and day-to-day business infrastructure!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Global Logistics & 3PL Governance: Coordinate day-to-day order fulfilment and multi-regional inventory management. Hold our UK and EU 3PL partners strictly accountable to performance targets and SLAs.
- Inbound Freight & Compliance: Oversee international shipping routes and sea/air freight forwarding (primarily imports from East Asia). Manage customs clearance, duties compliance, and maintain robust operational documentation.
- Process & Tech Optimization: Monitor operational metrics and continuously map out standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support the business through system updates, including an upcoming transition to a Shopify web platform to ensure backend data flows map correctly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer support, supply chain, and retail partners to completely align day-to-day operations with our commercial objectives and premium brand standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
