We’re looking for an Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team — someone who’s organised, creative, and ready to play a key role at the heart of our business.
You’ll support our sales team, help shape our brand through marketing activities, and make our workplace a fun, engaging, and productive environment. No two days will be the same — one day you’ll be helping to plan a campaign, the next you’ll be organising a team social or coordinating suppliers.

- Support the sales team with admin, coordination, and day-to-day operations
- Keep the office running smoothly — from suppliers to systems to socials
- Plan team events, incentives, and creative initiatives that bring people together
- Create engaging marketing content for social media and campaigns
- Help maintain a strong, consistent brand presence inside and outside the business
