About Islandbridge

Islandbridge is a purpose-driven investment firm and multi-family office supporting exceptional families, entrepreneurs and business builders who seek to align capital with long-term objectives and values. The firm operates in a high-trust environment with a focus on clarity of thinking, disciplined execution and a consistently high standard of client experience.

We're a boutique, founder-led firm, which means you'll work closely with senior leaders and see the direct impact of your work from day one. The team is collaborative, ambitious and fast-moving, and we value people who take initiative, own their work and make things happen.

Role Overview

Reporting to our COO, this is an exciting opportunity to work with the leadership team taking on operational projects to help the firm grow, giving you direct exposure to how a multi-family office runs.

You will also run our office day to day, meeting and greeting clients and creating an exceptional culture for our team.

We're looking for someone who combines a proactive attitude and thrives in a hands-on role, moving between the practical tasks that keep the office running and improving how the firm operates. You'll have the opportunity to shape your own role as you grow into it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
