Vercity are looking for an Operations & Compliance Officer to join our friendly, established team on our Project supporting schools across North Lanarkshire.
Reporting to the General Manager within a small team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex PFI projects; coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be central to how the project runs day-to-day.
What you'll do:
- Keep operations running smoothly across all project activities
- Manage communications, records, and key documentation
- Coordinate meetings, reporting, and board packs
- Support performance monitoring and compliance
- Liaise with service providers and stakeholders
- Assist with claims, site reviews, and general project delivery
