- Strong analytical skills to evaluate petrophysical data quality, identify anomalies, and support operational decision-making.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting QA/QC findings, and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Operations management experience in wireline, drilling, interventions, or related subsurface activities, with a focus on risk reduction and performance optimization.
- Project management skills to coordinate QA/QC activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent operations.
- Sales or client-facing experience beneficial for supporting business development, understanding customer requirements, and contributing to proposals.
- Background in engineering, geoscience, petrophysics, geology, or a related technical discipline; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wellsite safety standards and wellsite supervision relevant to data acquisition operations.
- Proficiency with petrophysical software, data visualization tools, and standard office productivity applications.
- Ability to work and travel to field locations both onshore and offshore.
