Contract: Permanent

Location: Worcester, WR4 0SZ

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday | Split Shift | 07:00 – 11:00 & 16:00 – 20:00


Support Critical Warehouse Operations and Help Keep Our Network Moving

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join DHL as an Operations Processor.

In this hands-on operational role, you will work within the warehouse section of the Service Centre, ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed safely, accurately and efficiently. Working directly with secure, customs-cleared shipments, you will play a key role in helping the operation meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and security.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Warehouse Operations

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL operational procedures and compliance standards.
  • Scan and distribute shipments accurately using DHL systems and processes.
  • Load and move shipments safely and efficiently within the Service Centre.
  • Ensure shipments are handled carefully and with a high level of precision.
  • Support administrative and operational activities required to ensure the smooth running of the Service Centre.

Maintaining High Standards of Quality & Compliance

  • Follow all DHL Health & Safety, Security, Quality and Environmental standards.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, import/export and security procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working to challenging deadlines.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
  • Report any safety, security or compliance concerns promptly.

Contributing to Operational Performance

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver service level agreements and operational targets.
  • Plan and prepare working practices to maximise efficiency.
  • Manage workload effectively and seek support when required.
  • Represent DHL in a professional manner and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of manual handling techniques.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Aviation Security Training and Manual Handling qualifications are advantageous.
  • FLT experience or certification would be beneficial.
