This is what you’ll actually do!
In this role, you will:
- Operate machinery and carry out production tasks including mixing, check weighing, packing, and palletising.
- Place finished products into the freezer and handle frozen goods safely.
- Work in environments where temperatures can be extreme (hot bakery areas and cold storage) and perform manual tasks including lifting and repetitive movement.
- Complete routine quality checks and follow all SOPs and maintain excellent hygiene and GMP standards across the production area.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Strictly adhere to health and safety practices, promoting safe behaviours and aiming for zero accidents.
- Actively take part in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Carry out any additional duties as required to support production needs and contribute to the overall success of the team.

- A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to carry out manual, repetitive tasks safely and effectively.
- Experience In Food Production Or Manufacturing (preferred).
- Awareness of health & safety and food safety requirements.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, follow processes, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
