Summary
We're looking for an organised, proactive and professional individual who is looking to begin a career in admin, operations and project coordination. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day, keeping projects organised and providing excellent admin support to the director, colleagues, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Wage: £12,480 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Working closely with the wider team, you'll support a range of administrative, organisational and project coordination tasks, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office, workshop and live customer projects. This varied role may include:
- Receive, log and organise new enquiries, setting up project folders and filing drawings and information accurately.
- Assist with quotation documentation and obtain prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Chase outstanding quotations, approvals, information, orders and deliveries, highlighting approaching deadlines.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, trackers, drawings and other documentation from order through to completion.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, designers, architects, suppliers and colleagues.
- Arrange site surveys, meetings, appointments, deliveries and installation dates.
- Prepare and collate job information for workshop and site teams.
- Place agreed purchase orders and maintain supplier information and project-specific purchasing records.
- Help manage emails, diaries, document control and general business administration.
- Use and develop systems in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive or SharePoint and Microsoft Planner.
- Assist with delivery documentation, completed-work records and information required for invoicing.
- Support company social media, website content, networking and customer follow-up administration.
Training
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

What you'll learn
Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.

- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
- Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
- Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
