Complex Technology Delivery | Semiconductor Metrology | Global Customer Projects

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 + Private Health + EMI Share Options

About the Role

Build the operational engine behind the world's most advanced semiconductor technology.

At Infinitesima, we're transforming semiconductor metrology through breakthrough Atomic Force Microscopy technology. Our systems are deployed with some of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, helping them solve the industry's most complex measurement challenges.

As demand grows, we're looking for an Operations Project Manager to take ownership of the critical delivery layer that sits between customer commitments and operational execution.

This is not a traditional project management role.

You'll be the person connecting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Field Service, and Customer Operations, ensuring bespoke customer requirements are delivered without compromising programme timelines.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, managing ambiguity, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the operational delivery of customer-specific requirements across a portfolio of highly technical projects.
  • Lead delivery of bespoke customer requirements, including custom upgrade paths, qualification activities, feature requests, and third-party dependencies.
  • Create and maintain a clear view of operational dependencies across supply chain, manufacturing, shipment, installation, and customer acceptance activities.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans before they impact delivery schedules.
  • Manage complex cross-functional workstreams spanning the UK, US, and Asia.
  • Lead short-term operational projects where processes may not yet be fully defined.
  • Build structure and repeatability into fast-moving delivery environments.
  • Provide senior leadership with a clear, data-driven view of project status, risks, forecasts, and resource requirements.
  • Establish scalable project management standards that support future operational growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
