About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development, and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, we help organisations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programmes.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project / Operations Manager who will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensure projects are delivered on time, and help the company scale its internal operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project / Operations Manager who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and turning plans into results.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership teams, ensuring that priorities are aligned, projects stay on track, and operational processes support the company's growth.
This role combines project management with operational coordination. Success depends on your ability to organise people, manage priorities, solve problems, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
- Track project timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Identify process improvements and help optimise internal workflows.
- Escalate risks, resolve operational issues, and remove blockers where appropriate.
- Support leadership with planning, reporting, and execution of strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in Project Management, Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment would be a strong advantage.
- Experience coordinating software development projects is desirable.
Skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Linear, or similar project management platforms.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify risks early and proactively drive projects to completion.
AI
- AI should already be part of your daily workflow.
- We expect you to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve productivity, prepare documentation, analyse information, automate repetitive tasks, and support project coordination.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, building AI agents for operational tasks, or using AI to improve project delivery will be considered a strong advantage.
