HorsePower Brands is a growing portfolio of franchise brands in the home services industry. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Operations & Project Manager is responsible for managing operational projects, initiatives, and administrative responsibilities across HorsePower Brands. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage competing priorities, solve problems, and consistently drive work to completion.

The role will collaborate with HPB leadership, brand teams, vendors, and corporate support teams to execute priorities, improve processes, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple operational projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and track project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks including reporting, documentation, system updates, audits, tracking, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and help develop solutions.
  • Coordinate with leadership, brand teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress.
  • Quickly learn and utilize new systems, technology, AI, and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Provide clear updates on project status, risks, priorities, and outstanding items.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and drive it to completion with limited direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Franchise multi-brand, or multi-location experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or project management tools preferred.
