About The Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Operations Project Manager to join their team in Plymouth. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating with internal departments and external vendors. This is a key position for someone who enjoys optimizing processes and driving operational excellence in the Devon region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and implementation of operational improvement projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting on progress and performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on operations or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
