CHP are looking to recruit an experienced Building Manager
To undertake the role of Operations and Relationship Manager across a dedicated portfolio of Health Centres in Warrington, Halton, Knowsley, and St Helens.
As Operations & Relationship Manager (ORM) your role is to:
- Facilitate the integration and engagement of existing and prospective tenants
- Provide day-to-day management of the sites
- Work closely with the CHP Property team to help ensure the safe and efficient running of the site
- Work closely with tenants to maximize tenant satisfaction and improve utilization

The ORM role reports into a Portfolio Manager (PM) or Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM).
