We are looking for an experienced Operations Resilience Contractor to support the implementation and enhancement of operational resilience frameworks, with a strong focus on DORA requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support operational resilience implementation projects across the business.
- Support DORA implementation and regulatory requirements.
- Review and enhance operational resilience frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Conduct business impact assessments, scenario testing, and resilience assessments.
- Work closely with Operations, Risk, Technology, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Support project planning, governance, MI, and delivery against key milestones.
- Identify resilience gaps and develop practical remediation plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise on operational resilience and regulatory change.

Key experience required:

- Strong background in Operational Resilience / Business Continuity within financial services.
- Proven experience delivering operational resilience implementation projects.
- Good understanding of DORA and its practical implementation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Available to start at short notice for a contract assignment.
