About the Role
We make the biggest impact when the right people are connected to the right projects at the right time. This is why we're looking for an Operations & Resource Coordinator to help keep our business and our projects running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a central role in coordinating resources, supporting project administration and maintaining the operational processes that help our teams do their jobs brilliantly. This will see you:
- Reviewing project and resource requests through Monday.com
- Ensuring project briefs, budgets and job numbers are in place before work begins
- Coordinating associate onboarding, bookings and purchase orders
- Producing resource, project and operational reports
- Monitoring project data, budgets and billing status
- Supporting tender administration and submissions
- Maintaining operational records, dashboards and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and ways of working

Requirements
About you
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities without dropping any balls, you'll thrive here. You'll come to the role with:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience using project management, workflow or resource planning systems - ideally Monday.com
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with data, reporting and dashboards
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
