Operations & Sales Manager – Fire Suppression Systems

We are looking for a high-energy Operations & Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset to accelerate our growth in the Fire Suppression sector. This role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on project delivery, giving you full ownership of converting enquiries into profitable projects while ensuring high-quality execution from design through to installation.

Your ability to influence clients, produce competitive proposals, and deliver exceptional service will directly shape our market position and drive sustained revenue growth. You’ll be the face of our fire suppression solutions — building trust, winning business, and ensuring every project reinforces our reputation for safety, quality, and reliability.

🔥 Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Leadership — Drive new business opportunities, expand our client base, and actively support our positioning of our fire suppression systems as the preferred industry solution.
  • Quotation Development — Review customer drawings and collaborate with specialist designers to produce accurate, competitive, and commercially competitive quotations for dry riser installations.
  • Client Relationship Management — Lead proactive follow-ups, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to secure orders and maximise conversion rates.
  • Project Coordination — Oversee installation activities with subcontractors and internal engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership — Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry to completion, ensuring contractual, technical, and quality requirements are met.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement — Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Documentation & Certification — Prepare installation records, commissioning documentation, and certification in line with British Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance design quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Procurement Oversight — Source materials and equipment that meet quality standards while supporting project profitability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
