Job Description

Who we are:

At Parcor, we’re a team with more than 20 years expertise, experience and accreditations in Surveying, Building Safety and Domestic Retrofit. Our purpose is to create a safe and sustainable environment for everyone. People are at the core of what we do. We strive to consistently deliver the highest quality service to our clients through a culture of creativity, flexibility and innovation. We know that no one solution will suit everyone, which is why we continually adapt and assess our approach to ensure the right solution for each and every client.

Job Purpose:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Scheduler to own appointments from booking through to completion and follow-up, bringing together residents, customers, suppliers and internal teams so work runs smoothly and everyone stays informed. The role goes beyond diary management: you will also support supplier onboarding, help mobilise projects, maintain accurate records and improve day-to-day operations. It will suit someone organised, calm under pressure and comfortable bringing structure to a busy environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
