🔎 About the Role
As an Operations Sort Senior Agent Zero Defects, you would be responsible for ensuring operational compliance, quality, and safety standards within the hub by conducting audits, investigating operational issues, identifying process gaps, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert on Global SOPs, you would provide guidance to management and supervisors, resolve compliance issues, support tracing and warehouse investigations, drive a safety-first culture, and maintain flexibility to cover Sort Control and other operational requirements when needed.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure compliance with Global SOPs and operational standards through audits, walk-throughs, and investigations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to management and supervisors on best practices and process improvement.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational, compliance, and tracing issues, delivering clear communication to stakeholders.
- Analyse operational data, produce performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform Ops Support duties, including warehouse searches, shipment exception management, and monitoring high-value and restricted cargo.
- Maintain accurate shift handovers, audit schedules, and operational records.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture through proactive reporting, safety conversations, and risk identification.
- Support business continuity by providing training, coaching, cross-functional operational support, and cover for Sort Control and supervisory roles as required.
- Assist with aircraft loading/unloading and undertake additional projects and operational tasks as required.

⭐ What You’ll Bring
- Good Microsoft Office skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Able to understand and tailor communications according to audience.
- Good knowledge of Global SOP, AHS, ACA, RAFI DHL Tracing Tools (SHERLOC).
- 5S, GEMBA, First Choice preferable.
- Knowledge of DHL Network desirable.
