Operations Service Delivery Manager – International Removals
We are seeking an experienced Operations Service Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-profile operations within our International Removals function.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Home Office, and key stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of scheduled and charter operations, including complex family cases. This is a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment requiring strong leadership, resilience, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse operational team to deliver high-quality, compliant services
- Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of scheduled and charter operations
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, the Home Office, and external stakeholders
- Monitor performance against SLAs and provide reporting on operational delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and share best practice across the business
- Support day-to-day operations and respond to incidents in a dynamic environment
About You
- Proven experience in a senior operations or service delivery role
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working to SLAs in complex, regulated environments
- Comfortable working under pressure in a 24/7 operation, including on-call duties
- Knowledge of health & safety and risk management practices
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel and support frontline operations, including flight support when required
- UK residency and eligibility for security clearance (CTC and Enhanced DBS)
- Full UK driving licence
