Operations & Services Lead - 12-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Watford - Hybrid

We are seeking an Operations & Services Lead with experience in Power Platform, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, JIRA, and GitHub. The successful candidate will manage support operations, drive service improvements, and work closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective delivery of Risk & Compliance technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage support requests, incidents, and service issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of support and service management processes.
  • Coordinate with IT teams on maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Support GitHub repository management and best practices.
  • Create support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Produce regular reports and updates for stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, and Alteryx.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
