Position: Productivity Software Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $25 - $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality written content and documentation reflecting accurate domain expertise.
- Participate in discussions and provide feedback via Slack and other collaboration platforms.
- Review, edit, and enhance various project materials for clarity and accuracy using MS Office and Google Drive.
- Coordinate and track project-related activities using Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
- Utilize tools such as Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to facilitate workflow and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to ideation, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience using digital productivity tools such as Slack, Outlook, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and Calendly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Background in a specific domain or as a versatile generalist, bringing practical, real-world insight to content and collaboration.
- Proficiency in organizing and synthesizing information across multiple platforms and formats.
- Experience supporting projects with structured documentation, process refinement, or training resources.
